How long does company registration take?
CIPC registration is usually completed within a few working days, typically 3 to 7, once we have the required documents.
What do I need to register?
Full names and ID or passport numbers for every director, contact details, and up to four proposed company names in order of preference.
Can foreign nationals register a company?
