What counts as a minor content change?
Small edits such as updating text, prices, contact details or swapping images. Larger additions like new pages or features are quoted in writing before we start.
Can you manage a website you didn't build?
Usually, yes. We first check where it is hosted, who owns the domain and what it is built on, then tell you plainly what we can take over.
Can I cancel the care plan?
Yes. Care plans are month-to-month. Cancel before your next billing date and no further payment is taken.
Who owns the domain?
You do. We register domains in your name, and if a previous developer registered yours in their name, we help you get it transferred.
